The safety of all Byram Township residents, employees and volunteers is our highest priority and we assure you that we stand ready to respond. 

To ensure responsible practices, Byram Township will be taking some proactive and preventive measures to help limit any potential exposure.

Byram Township is operating under Executive Order 1-2020 (See Above Link) that was declared on Tuesday, March 17, 2020.  Under this order, the Municipal Building is closed to the public for access.  Employees are working regularly scheduled shifts in accordance with the Staffing Plan for the Delcared Emergency (See Above Link), and all municipal business should be conducted via mail, email, telephone, video conferencing, and/or website.   

If you are dropping off tax or other payments, please use the locked Drop Box located on the outside of the front door near the tax office. Employees are checking the Drop Box throughout the day to minimize inconvenience or delays as much as possible.

FOR TAX, SPECIAL ASSESSMENT OR SEWER PAYMENTS – Please use drop box outside Tax Office, ACH online payments or US Mail.  Any payments left in the drop box, as a courtesy, the Township will mail a receipt until further notice.

2019 Senior Freeze – Property Tax Reimbursement (PTR) Forms can be left in drop box and will be mailed back using the address on file.
