Employment Opportunity - Full-Time Zoning Officer / Code Enforcement Officer

Responsibilities include reviewing all zoning permit applications and making appropriate interpretations based upon the Township Code. This position will also be responsible for code violations, issuance of summonses, and testimony in Municipal Court.
The candidate should be able to identify property code violations, conduct inspections and enforce rules and regulations in relation to the Municipal Code and be available to meet with the public during regular business hours. The candidate must be detail oriented and extremely well organized. The salary range is $50,000 - $68,000, commensurate with experience. Benefits available include medical and dental benefits, pension, and paid time off for all full-time employees.
