Directions:

Exit 25 off Route 80, take  Route 206 North, pass ShopRite plaza on the right.  Salt Gastropub is on the left (southbound side) immediately after ShopRite plaza.

Trail and Area Description:

Cat Swamp Hill is the historic name of the uphill section of Route 206 North that starts near the trailhead.  This connector trail provides quick access to the trail network within Allamuchy Mountain State Park including the Sussex Branch Trail.  At some locations, the terrain is rocky and the grade is moderate-steep.  It is common to find joggers using this trail.
